Hello GamerzROM users, I'm the source dev of GamerzROM, burakgon.
After a few days and three releases everyone thinks GamerzROM is fast but not stable enough. So today we decided to switching CyanogenMod sources from SlimRom base.
We know SlimRom base is very fast. But not that's not worth these bugs.
With CyanogenMod sources we can make a ROM with no single bugs. I can fork and make it faster than these previous three builds which are with SlimRom base.
Shortly, new version of GamerzRom will be based on CyanogenMod sources.
Now we need your ideas and thinkings about GamerzROM.

I think that we need better music player, better camera, because camera quality now was shitty, maybe something that will instal all our apps to sdcard,

DeleteWhy Cyanogen ? :( Slim has more bug than Cyangenmod but Slim is more fast and more slim than cm10.1 ; cm10.1 is slow and fat

ReplyDeleteWe don't need unnecessary feautres.. keep it basic (: It's a gaming rom.. we run our games not mess with options (: make it clean and simple as possible cause it's your first release of 2.0.. this one should have no bugs and should be stable and fast too.. you can add feautres and cool stuff in other builds (: PS: just my own opinion ^__*
ReplyDeleteget rid of every system app you can possible no screen savers and move every sys app that can be moved to ext so you can greenify them i've done what i can on mine even with 70 apps i have over 200 free ram.

maybe i don't know why or how, but semaphore and cyancore more stable for it in my opinion, sorry if I was wrong. once again, thank you for your work is very great.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I don't wanna find myself bored with 15% battery and having to flash the ROM again because the apps won't start. This way (I hope) it will be fixed. And also I was getting higher score/performance on a bunch of other roms and they weren't LEGENDARY GAMERZROM...
ReplyDeleteWell there are a few bugs with the superuser...titanium bkp pros hyper shell doesn't work all the time.. Sometimes even superuser fails to give access
